BLANK THEME

1. Go to pages in the admin and select sample page.
2. Rename it to Home.
3. Erase the dummy content.
4. In the page attributes panel, select Home (home.php) as it's template.
5. Update the page.
6. Go to settings > reading
7. Set front page display to a static page and choose Home (home.php)
8. Save changes.
